Our Limited Lifetime Warranty protects your piece if a manufacturing defect ever comes to light, so you can feel confident wearing your jewelry for years to come.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the stone or the setting under normal wearing conditions. If something is found to be faulty in the way the jewelry was made, CMD will take care of it.
Covered issues include:
• Noticeable changes in the appearance of the moissanite caused by a manufacturing defect
• Cracks, chips, or breaks in the stone that are traced to a manufacturing error
• Stones that loosen or fall out because the setting was not made securely
• Defective posts, backs, or pins on earrings caused by a manufacturing flaw
• Defective clasps or closure mechanisms on bracelets and necklaces due to a manufacturing issue
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear happens naturally over time. This warranty does not apply to everyday use or accidental damage. It also does not cover issues caused by chemicals or environmental conditions outside normal wear.
Non-covered situations include:
• Regular wear and tear, including scratches or thinning metal
• Stones that loosen or fall out due to accidental impact or improper handling
• Damage caused by chemicals, extreme heat, or improper cleaning
• Work performed by others, including resizing or repairs done outside CMD
• Loss, theft, or misplacement of the jewelry or stones
Warranty Registration
Every CMD purchase is automatically protected by this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Registration is optional, but it helps us verify your information faster if you ever submit a claim. You can register your jewelry online at any time with your order details.
How to Request Warranty Support
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we are here to help. Please follow these steps so we can review and resolve your concern as quickly as possible:

Confirm that you have your order details or registration information available.

Package the entire jewelry piece securely and ship it to CMD. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Email us at CMDJewelry@outlook.com as soon as you ship the item. Include your tracking number, order number, a short description of the issue, the product name or SKU, and your full name and return address.

If your original purchase included GRA documentation, such as a Moissanite Grading Report and Warranty ID Card, please include those documents inside the package. If it did not, we will verify everything using your order information.
Once the jewelry arrives, we will inspect the piece. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, CMD will replace the jewelry with a new item at no cost for the replacement itself. Return shipping is free within the contiguous United States. For other regions, the customer is responsible for shipping or customs fees.
Important Information
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase or verified registration is required. CMD has the final determination on whether a concern qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
