Order Processing Time

Every order is handled with care from the moment it enters our system. Our team prepares and packages your moissanite jewelry using secure, protective materials to keep each piece safe in transit.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after daily carrier cutoff times will ship the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This timeframe ensures your jewelry is packaged correctly, labelled accurately and ready for safe delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country, state, local carrier staffing or weather, but we always aim for prompt and dependable arrival. Our goal is to make sure your moissanite jewelry reaches you smoothly, without unnecessary delays.

US Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

  • $24.99 flat rate

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express or equivalent

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping (7–14 Business Days)

  • $17.99 flat rate

  • Shipped via USPS First-Class Package International or equivalent

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

Express International Shipping (1–5 Business Days)

  • $34.95 express rate

  • Shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS Express services

Regional Rates

  • Australia: $42.99

  • Africa: $54.99

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times are outside of our control and may affect delivery estimates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates allow you to check progress anytime, giving you peace of mind while your jewelry is on the way.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is packaged securely and presented carefully. We use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging so your moissanite studs, rings or pendants arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions or carrier-related issues. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control, but we’re always happy to help with tracking or updates.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for packages delayed or delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

United States Returns

We’re happy to offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery on all US orders.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and in original, pristine condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories and inserts
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Sent back with all original packaging and included materials
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted.

Please note that original shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our jewelry is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Read more about our Limited Lifetime Warranty here. 

Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is found:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility
  • Returns must include the jewelry item and any GRA certificates provided at purchase
  • Once verified, we will repair or replace the item at no cost
  • We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care
  • Lost or stolen items
